How to register as a Caring Member?
   
To join Caring Focus Bidland as a Caring Member to donate items as well as to bid or to buy items from our charity partners, please submit your application by following these steps:

1. Please click here to start your registration as a Caring Member.

2. Complete the application form with accurate and correct information.

3. Click “Submit” the Form is completed.

4. You will then receive an account activation password via the email with which you registered.

5. Go to the activate account email received, click on the appropriate link provided therein and using the activation password to activate your account.

*Please note the following particulars during your application:

1. When you have provided complete information and it has been confirmed that your account name is not being used by another user, your application will be activated.

2.Once you have successfully completed the simple application procedure and your account has been activated, you can enjoy the services provided by Caring Focus Bidland immediately.

How to register as Charity Partners?
To join Caring Focus Bidland as a Charity partner, and benefit from having a free and tailor made fund raising portal, along with all the fabulous support we provide, please submit your application by following these steps:

1. Please go to the home page of Caring Focus Bidland for registration by clicking on the charity registration button located in the left column.

2. Complete the application Form with accurate and correct information. And upload a copy of your valid Certificate of Incorporation.

3. Click “Submit” when the Form is completed.

4. Our administrative staff will contact you shortly.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password or experience difficulty logging in with your existing password, you may apply for a new password by following these steps:

1. Click on “Forget Password” on the home page below our Logo
2. Enter user name & email address
3. Click submit
4. A new password will be sent to you by email shortly

How to change my password?
To change your password, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Bidder Login” from the Menu at the top right hand corner ;
2. Enter user name & password from “Caring member account Login” box;
3. Click “Login” button

Auction
Caring Focus Bidland – is the very first auction web-site in Hong Kong dedicated to providing support for charity organizations and environmentally friendly recycling. Through this platform, registered charity organizations give themselves greater opportunities to receive more donations through various fundraising activities and also enjoy greater exposure in promoting themselves and their services.

Online Bidding Flow
"Online Bidding” allows the bidder to bid for items through an online auction platform within a pre-set time frame. The person who offers the highest bid wins the item. The seller sets the starting bid price and increment price before putting items up for auction. Interested buyers must outbid the current bid by pre-set increments to win the item.

Bidding Flow:
1. Get Registered as a Caring member
2. Login Account
3. Find your favourite item
4. Place bid
5. Select bidding options: single bid or automatic bid
6. Submit bidding request by clicking “Confirm Bid” after confirmation

Note:
Automatic Bid
By simply entering an amount into your Maximum Bid, the system will automatically bid on your behalf when another bidder has placed a higher bid than you until you are outbid. You will then be informed by e-mail to extend the upper limit of your bidding if you still want to win the item at a higher price.

Single Bid
You may also place your bid each time manually to outbid the current bid.

Buy it Now
Items listed with Buy it Now symbol can be purchased as an option at the fixed price with no bidding.

Transaction and Item delivery
1) Deal is confirmed;
2) Seller and buyer are notified of the deal;
3) Buyer shall pay within 14 days, otherwise the item will be put up for auction again; (a buyer who defaults on payment for a winning bid may be liable for charges against the loss incurred by the seller)
4) The seller is bound to deliver the item upon receipt of payment.
